Pistol Purchase Permit, Change of Address or Duplicate Card
$18.00 Certified Check or Money Order
Payable to: New Jersey State Police S.B.I.***
And
$2.00 cash or check payable to the Borough of Maywood
(This fee is for a Pistol Purchase Permit only. There is no local fee for a Change of Address or Duplicate Card.)
